A few of us got really lucky last night. Our friends on the EA media team hooked us up with free Timbers tickets for the season opener. The Timbers are Portland’s Major League Soccer team, and we were blessed with field seats. It was pouring rain, but after a few beers, we were redfaced and cheery. The Timbers won 3-1, and we pilfered something like 50 coupons redeemable for 50 pounds of cookie dough. 

Things we learned this week:
Coleman is really good at hula hooping.
